Run a station, cook to spec, and keep the line moving through service. Our menu blends classic German technique with modern execution, and we run a RATIONAL combi oven for precision. Prior line experience preferred, but we will train the right cook on our specific menu and standards.
Build the foundation of every dish: stocks, sauces, sausage prep, schnitzel breading, vegetable cuts. Mornings are heads-down prep, afternoons are setup for service. Knife skills and reliability matter most. Open to training a strong attitude even if the resume is light.
Keep the kitchen running by keeping plates, pans, and glassware clean and stocked. Fast pace during peak service. We are hiring for reliability and a steady work ethic. No prior experience required.
Deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest. You will guide tables through our German-inspired menu, make recommendations, and create the kind of warm, engaging atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Prior serving experience preferred, but personality and work ethic matter more.
Craft cocktails, pour German and craft beers, and keep the energy alive behind the bar. You will be the face of the Alpen Haus bar program. Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and cocktail fundamentals is a plus. We are looking for someone with charisma, speed, and attention to detail.
